By renting a vehicle from OCRE LUXE CAR, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Requirements

  • Drivers must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid driver’s license.
  • International drivers must present a valid passport and driving permit.
  • The driver’s license must have been held for at least 2 years prior to the rental date.

2. Payment & Deposit

A valid credit card is required for booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.

3. Insurance

All vehicles come with basic insurance coverage.
Additional insurance options may be available upon request.

4. Vehicle Usage

Vehicles must not be used for racing, off-road driving, or illegal activities.
Any fines, tickets, or toll charges are the renter’s responsibility.

5. Fuel Policy

Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank.

6. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the booking date.
Late cancellations may be subject to charges.
