2. RESERVATIONS

• Fraud or suspicious activity is detected.
• The requested vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.
The final rental price will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Additional charges may apply for optional services or changes requested after confirmation.
4. PAYMENTS
Payment may be made using the payment methods available on our website or upon vehicle collection, depending on the selected booking option.
A security deposit may be required before vehicle delivery.
5. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
At vehicle collection, customers must provide:
• Valid Driving License
• Passport or National ID
• Payment Card when required
Failure to present the required documents may result in cancellation of the reservation.
6. VEHICLE COLLECTION
Customers are responsible for inspecting the vehicle before leaving the pick-up location.
Any existing damage will be documented before delivery.
7. VEHICLE RETURN
Vehicles must be returned:
• On the agreed date and time.
• At the agreed return location.
• In the same condition as delivered.
• With the agreed fuel level.
Late returns may result in additional rental charges.
8. FUEL POLICY
Vehicles are supplied according to the fuel policy specified during booking.
Customers are expected to return the vehicle according to the agreed fuel policy.
9. ADDITIONAL DRIVER
Additional drivers must be approved by OCRE LUXE CAR and provide all required documents before driving the vehicle.
Unauthorized drivers are strictly prohibited.
10. TRAFFIC FINES
The customer is solely responsible for:
• Traffic violations.
• Parking fines.
• Speed camera penalties.
• Toll charges.
• Any legal penalties incurred during the rental period.
11. ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE
In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the customer must immediately:
• Contact OCRE LUXE CAR.
• Notify the local police when required.
• Complete all necessary accident reports.
Failure to follow these procedures may affect insurance coverage.
12. PROHIBITED USE
The rented vehicle may not be used:
• For illegal activities.
• For racing or competitions.
• For transporting prohibited goods.
• For off-road driving unless authorized.
• By unauthorized drivers.
• Under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
13. INSURANCE
Insurance coverage depends on the selected rental package.
Customers remain responsible for any deductible, negligence, or damages not covered by the insurance policy.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
OCRE LUXE CAR shall not be liable for:
• Personal belongings left inside the vehicle.
• Flight delays.
• Weather conditions.
• Road closures.
• Mechanical breakdowns caused by customer misuse.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of OCRE LUXE CAR and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
